Q: Can I extend my payment plan for 2016 Season Ticket Membership?
We have two options for payment, pay-in-full or a payment plan (4 Installments). The four payments are broken down as follows:
- 25% payment when you renew
- 25% on November 12th
- 25% on January 12th
- 25% on February 12th
Q: How do I renew my 2016 Season Ticket Membership?
To renew your tickets, either call your rep at the number in the header above or click their email address to contact them via email. Your account executive will be in touch with you shortly regarding your renewal.

Q: Can I upgrade my Pirates Ticket Membership?
Yes, based upon availability. First, you need to renew your current membership. You will receive upgrade/additional seat information prior to the Pirates Seat Upgrade Event which will be held on a date to be released after the 2015 Pirates season.
Please note, by selecting the 4 month payment plan on your current invoice, you will be charged for the second payment installment on November 12th prior to the Relocation & Upgrade event in December. The 3rd payment installment will occur on January 12th and will take into account any additional or relocated seats. Remaining payment amount may be adjusted after seats are relocated.
Q: Can I purchase additional seats for the 2016 Regular Season?
Yes, based upon availability. First, you need to renew your current membership. You will receive upgrade/additional seat information prior to the Pirates Seat Upgrade Event which will be held on a date to be released after the 2015 Pirates season.

Q: Can I relocate my seats for the 2016 regular season?
You will have an opportunity to relocate your 2016 Memberships. Our relocation event will take place using an on-line platform this year. You will receive instructions on the process for our Seat Selection/Upgrade Event, which will take place shortly after the November 12th renewal deadline. In order to take part in the Seat Selection/Upgrade Event, we need you to secure your 2016 renewal to insure your spot in the process. We will work with you to find a location that better fits your needs during this time.

Q: When will I choose my Experiences?
You will receive notification in January of 2016.
Q: What happens if I don’t renew by the November 12th deadline?
On November 12th, we will begin the process of upgrading the seating location of members who have renewed for the 2016 Pirates season and securing locations for new Season Ticket Members. Therefore, any Season Tickets Members who have yet to renew by November 12th will be at risk of not being able to retain their same seat locations for the upcoming season.
